Dead Space Remake Launches Next Year

The in-game physics and sound are better than ever.
by Natalie Collazo on March 11, 2022

An official teaser trailer has already proven the existence of the Dead Space remake but today's announcement via Twitter gives it an official release window of early 2023. The game is being developed by EA studio Motive which was responsible for Star Wars Battlefront II in collaboration with DICE and Star Wars: Squadrons.

Nothing more was announced but fans who have been keeping up with their updates know that they have been making a larger emphasis on the in-game physics regarding the limbs of enemy necromorphs. Audio is going to also be completely revamped with Isaac displaying different breathing patterns according to his level of fatigue.

Motive explained that the footage that has been shown of the game thus far is still alpha footage so considering how close the release window is now, we hope to see more content and gameplay soon.
