Major Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Leaks Have Emerged

Stay away if you're looking to not be spoiled!

Fuecoco Mid Stage Evo Leaked! Thoughts? : r/PokemonScarletViolet

We are a mere two weeks away from the next generation of Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet. Players will be immersed in the region of Paldea where new Pokémon, forms, and abilities are rampant amount a world inspired by Spanish cities. While The Pokémon Company has done an incredible job at keeping their announcements under wraps, that doesn't stop people from discovering new information anyway. The latest news comes as leaks that show off new Pokémon as well as Fuecoco's second evolution. The information comes from Twitter user @palkiaorigin who shows off a thread of several Spanish screenshots of different points in the game.

The evolution, named Crocalor, bears a resemblance to Ludicolo in that it wears a sombrero. The name of this Pokémon is a mix of both the word crocodile and the Spanish word for 'hot', 'calor.' Other leaked information includes the names of several of the trials that players can come across throughout the game. Though, the leak is in Spanish meaning that this information comes as literal translations. In some cases, literal translations do not have the exact phrasing as initially intended, so it could be that the final product will bear different names or phrasing in English. Other Pokémon leaked include Flamigo, a pink flamingo; Tarountula, a bulbous spider; Paldean Vivillon, the butterfly-like creature with a new color scheme; Paldean Tauros, painted a deep, dark black; and Dolliv, the Smoliv evolution.

With the game so close on the horizon, these leaks and announcements will be more and more prevalent. Hopefully, we can get more concrete information before November 18 when they launch on Nintendo Switch.
