Blizzard Releases New Diablo IV Endgame Information

It honestly sounds a little expensive.

Diablo IV Open Beta Dates Announced - Xbox Wire

Blizzard has shared a developer diary for Diablo IV, outlining the various endgame progression options available to players. After completing the campaign, players can unlock a range of activities to aid in player progression. These include Capstone Dungeons, which offer an abundance of loot and advantages at higher difficulty levels.

The Paragon System allows players to refine their character beyond the initial Skill Tree. By selecting specific boons and glyphs, players can create a unique character build. Hidden Aspects can also be discovered in dungeons, and these can be used to transform ordinary items into legendary ones.

With over 120 dungeons in Sanctuary, players can turn any dungeon into a Nightmare Dungeon, unlocking more challenging objectives and rewards using Nightmare Sigils. After completing the campaign, players can find more powerful monsters roaming the game's world. Defeating these monsters in Helltide areas will reward players with shards, which can be used to purchase rewards from caches.

The Fields of Hatred area offers competitive gameplay or the opportunity to collect shards for rewards. However, players should be aware that the Fields are a high-risk area where other players are also looking for PvP action. Diablo IV will receive regular updates after it launches on June 6, ensuring that players always have something new to enjoy.
