Dragon Age: Dreadwolf and Skate Reboot Coming in 2024 At the Earliest

The wait still isn't over... yet.

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf Seemingly Isn't Launching This Year

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, the fourth main installment to the fantasy-themed RPG, has been in the talks for quite some time, with the official title only having been announced about a year ago. This isn't the only game that developer EA is working on, as fans are also excited about the remake of the skateboarding sim, Skate. A recently released PDF outlining the Q4 and FY23 results for the company showed the growth of their most recent releases alongside their plans for upcoming titles, including the aforementioned two.

As the document discusses the highs of releases Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and FIFA 23, it also discusses new titles set to launch in the 2024 fiscal year. Of these titles, neither Dragon Age nor Skate appears. Considering this, it is confident to believe that we won't see anything about either title this year. Instead, it looks like we will be getting an unannounced EA Sports title and a racing title.

Hopefully, that will change in the coming months, but that future doesn't seem to be too bright. Otherwise, we still have titles like Immortals of Aveum to look forward to as another original IP from the developers.
