Fortnite Players Are Getting Another My Hero Academia Crossover

My Hero Academia returns to the Battle Royale Island
by Tit Krajnik on September 12, 2023

Fortnite is crossing over with My Hero Academia for the second time since December, this time bringing Shoto Todoroki, Eijiro Kirishima, and Mina Ashido to the Battle Royale Island. The crossover was confirmed on Thursday, September 12, and is set to bring more skins, cosmetics, and other My Hero Academia-themed items to the game.

It's very obvious that anime crossovers in Fortnite are very popular, with another one just around the corner. Following the success of the first My Hero Academia x Fortnite crossover in Chapter 4 Season 1, the popular Anime series is set to return to the Battle Royale Island this month.

The new My Hero Academia crossover will introduce Mina Ashido,  Shoto Todoroki, and Eijiro Kirishima, each skin with its own style. As with the previous crossover, there are also several unique cosmetic items in the set, which include:

  • Shoto Todoroki Skin
  • Eijiro Kirishima Skin
  • Mina Ashido Skin
  • Cold Heat Wings Back Bling
  • Red Riot Shield Back Bling
  • Pinky Pack Back Bling
  • Half-Cold Half-Hot Emote
  • Coldburn Flier Glider
  • Cold-Hot Hitters Harvesting Tool
  • Acid Axe Harvesting Tool
  • Red Riot Thrashers Harvesting Tool
  • U.A. Uniform Wrap

In the trailer revealing the upcoming crossover, we can see two mythics, including Deku's Smash and Todoroki's Ice Wall, which will both likely be added to the game, the latter serving as a counter to Deku's Smash, which proved to be too strong.

The crossover is live now; however, the in-game shop only features the new skins. Since the trailer shows older skins, they might be added to the shop at a later date.

The latest crossover also brings two new augments, including the Reckless SMG Reload and the Jump Balloon. The Reckless SMG Reload allows players to reload faster, whereas the Jump Balloon is pretty self-explanatory and gives players a balloon when they jump. The latest update also vaulted Slap Juice and unvaulted Pizza Party, which now heals five HP and 30 shield per slice.
