Dead Space Gets Added To Xbox Game Pass This Month

The spooky month just got spookier.
by Natalie Collazo on October 17, 2023

Xbox Game Pass never disappoints, and this month, it only gets better with the addition of several titles including this year's popular horror game, Dead Space. We already started off the month strong with Like a Dragon: Ishin, a Japanese title that never once thought it would get a Western release. Considering the wild popularity of the Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise over the past few years, it's great that we get this just before Like a Dragon: The Man Who Erased His Name gets released next month.

Come October 19, players will be able to get behind the wheel in F1 Manager 2023 followed by Cities: Skylines 2 on October 24. Just days after that, on October 29, subscribers who haven't yet experienced Dead Space will finally get their shot. It will be available for Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play members on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud devices. That very same day, you'll be able to enjoy titles like Frog Detective and Mineko's Night Market as well.

The following is the complete list of everything coming to Game Pass during the second wave of October games:

  • Like a Dragon: Ishin -- Cloud, console, and PC

October 19

  • F1 Manager 23 -- Cloud, console, and PC

October 24

  • Cities: Skylines II -- PC

October 26

  • Dead Space -- Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC
  • Frog Detective -- Cloud and console
  • Mineko's Night Market -- Cloud, console, and PC

October 31

  • Headbangers: Rhythm Royale -- Cloud, console, and PC
  • Jusant -- Cloud, console, and PC

This announcement comes just days after Microsoft announced their official acquisition of Activision Blizzard King and only a day after Pete Hines retires from Bethesda Softworks.
